The watches have a rotating inner bezel with city markings, a fixed 24-hour hand, and a distinctive red "dog-leg" hand for reading the local time in different zones. 
 
Setting the Time and World Time Function:
Setting the Time: The crown is used to set the time and date. 
Setting the Date: Pull out the crown to the first position and rotate the crown anticlockwise to change the date. 
Setting the World Time: The rotating bezel is used to set the second time zone.
