• We are an online-only luxury watch retailer and operate as a selling platform. We do not own all watches listed (many are consignment).

• All sales are subject to availability and final acceptance by AWC.

• Prices and terms are subject to change until the time of sale.

Orders & Payment
Full payment is required before shipment. Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it for any lawful reason.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
Please see our Shipping Policy. Customer bears risk of loss after we hand the item to the carrier and during returns.

Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Connecticut law. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
