At Augustus Watch Company, LLC (AWC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided the watch is returned in its original unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, papers, and accessories intact. The watch must not show signs of wear, scratches, or use beyond minimal handling for inspection.
How to Return

Email augustuswatchcompany@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.

Ship the watch back using a trackable, fully insured method.

Provide proof of shipment to us within the 30-day period.
Conditions

All return shipping costs and risk of loss during return transit are the customer’s responsibility.

AWC will inspect the returned watch. Refunds are issued only if the watch meets the above conditions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or misdescribed items).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Worn, altered, resized, or damaged watches.

Personalized, engraved, or custom-ordered watches (clearly marked on product page).

Final sale or clearance items.

Any watch where a different return period was agreed in writing at time of sale.
Separate 2-Year Functional Guarantee
All watches include a 2-year guarantee for proper mechanical functioning (manufacturing defects only). Normal wear and tear, misuse, and external damage are excluded. Issues must be reported promptly.
